1. Ice Massage

The cold temperature contracts tissues which makes the breasts firmer. It is one of the effective and easy ways in uplifting the sagged breasts.

  • Pop out 2 ice cubes from the ice tray.
  • Massage the ice cubes in circular motions on each breast.
  • After 1 minute, pat dry the breasts with soft towel.
  • Wear a properly fitted breast bra immediately.
  • Make sure to stay at a reclining position for about 30 minutes.
  • Repeat the process at regular intervals throughout the day.

Note: Don’t massage your breast with ice for more than 1 minute as it can cause numbness.

2. Olive Oil

The antioxidants and fatty acids present in olive oil will reverse the damage caused by the free radicals. It prevents the breasts from sagging, improves the skin tone and texture.

  • Take some olive oil into your hands and massage them together.
  • This process generates the heat.
  • Massage your palms over your breasts in upward direction.
  • Continue massaging for 15 minutes as it increases blood flow and encourages cell repair.
  • Repeat the process 4 – 5 times a week.

3. Cucumber and Egg Yolk

The natural skin-toning properties of cucumber and high level of proteins and vitamin present in egg yolk firm up the sagging breasts.

  • Blend 1 cucumber to fine paste.
  • Add 1 egg yolk and 1 teaspoon of butter or cream into the cucumber paste.
  • Stir well and apply the mixture over the breasts.
  • Leave it on for 1/2 to 1 hour and rinse off with cold water.
  • Repeat the application once in a week to firm and strengthen the breasts.

4. Egg White

Egg whites contain hydro lipids which firm up the loose skin around the breasts. The astringent and nourishing properties also helps to tone the breasts.

Process 1:

  • Separate egg yolk from one egg.
  • Whisk the egg white to achieve foamy consistency.
  • Apply it over the breasts and leave it on for 30 minutes.
  • Rinse off the application with cucumber juice followed by cold water.
  • Repeat the application once in a week.
  • Alternatively, you can use onion juice instead of cucumber juice.

Process 2:

  • Combine 1 egg white, 1 tablespoon each of organic honey and unsweetened yogurt.
  • Stir well and apply it over the breasts.
  • Leave it on for 20 minutes.
  • Rinse it off with cold water and pat dry.
  • Repeat once in a week.
  • Alternatively, you can use vitamin E oil.

Process 3:

  • Combine fresh cucumber paste, 1 egg white and some olive oil.
  • Apply the mixture over the breasts and leave it on for an hour.
  • Rinse off with lukewarm water.
  • Repeat at least once in a week.

5. Fenugreek

As per Ayurveda, fenugreek contains antioxidants and vitamins. They help in fighting with free radicals, tighten and lift up the breasts.

Process 1:

  • Combine 1/4 cup of fenugreek powder and enough quantity of water.
  • Stir well to make a thick paste.
  • Apply it over the breasts and leave it on for 10 minutes.
  • Rinse it off with warm water.
  • Repeat 2 times a week.

Process 2:

  • Combine 10 drops each of fenugreek oil and vitamin E oil, 1/2 cup of yogurt and 1 egg white.
  • Stir well and apply the mixture over the breasts.
  • Massage it gently over the breasts for few minutes.
  • Leave it on for 30 minutes and rinse it off with cold water.
  • Repeat the process once in a week.

Process 3:

  • Soak a handful of fenugreek seeds in water.
  • After 1 hour, strain the water and blend the seeds into a thick paste.
  • Combine fenugreek paste and 1 cup of curd.
  • Stir well and rub the mixture on breasts in circular motion.
  • Leave it on for 1 hour and rinse it off with water.
  • Repeat 3 – 4 times a week.

6. Pomegranate

The anti-aging property present in pomegranate prevents the breasts from sagging. The pomegranate seed oil contains phyto-nutrients which help to firm up the breasts.

Process 1:

  • Blend pomegranate peel into a fine paste.
  • Add some mustard oil into it and mix well.
  • Massage the mixture over the breasts in a circular motion.
  • After 5 to 10 minutes, rinse off with water.
  • Repeat the process daily before going to bed.

Process 2:

  • Take some pomegranate seed oil.
  • Massage it over the breasts in circular motions.
  • Let it dry completely.
  • Repeat 2 – 3 times a day.

Process 3:

  • Peel, dry and blend pomegranate skin.
  • Combine 1 teaspoon pomegranate skin powder and 4 teaspoons of neem oil.
  • Heat the mixture for few minutes.
  • Remove from the flame and let it cool down.
  • Massage the mixture over the breasts.
  • Repeat the process 2 times a week.

7. Aloe Vera

The antioxidant properties present in aloe vera fight with free radicals. The skin tightening properties present of it firm up the sagging breasts.

Process 1:

  • Scoop out the gel from an aloe vera leaf.
  • Massage it over the breasts in circular motions for 10 minutes.
  • Leave it on to dry for another 10 minutes.
  • Rinse off with warm water.
  • Repeat the process 4 – 5 times a week.

Process 2:

  • Combine 1 tablespoon aloe vera gel and 1 teaspoon each of mayonnaise and honey.
  • Apply it over the breasts and leave it on for 15 minutes.
  • Rinse it off with warm water followed by cool water.
  • Repeat this process once in a week.

8. Shea Butter

The vitamin E present in Shea Butter tightens the breast tissues and prevents cell damaged.

  • Apply some shea butter over the breasts.
  • Rub it in circular and upward direction for 10 – 15 minutes.
  • Leave it on to dry for 10 minutes and rinse off with water.
  • Repeat the process 4 times a week.

9. Rhassoul Clay

Rhassoul clay contains silica, magnesium, iron, calcium, potassium and sodium which help to tighten the loose and sagging skin of the breasts.

  • Combine 2 tablespoons of Rhassoul clay (powder) and enough amount of water.
  • Apply the paste over the breasts and let it dry.
  • Rinse off with lukewarm water and pat dry.
  • Repeat the process once in a week.

10. Oil Massage

Massaging with oil can be very effective in firming up the sagging breasts. You can use any vegetable oils or essential oils of your choice. Vegetable oil for example almond oil, olive oil, mustard oil, gingerly oil and many others. Essential oils for example lavender oil, cypress oil, peppermint oil and others.

  • Lay down on your back.
  • Apply some oil (vegetable or essential) on each breast.
  • Massage it individually in circular motions.
  • Continue for at least 20 minutes or until the oil is completely absorbed by the skin.
  • Repeat regularly for desired results.

11. Butter and Grapeseed Oil Massage

Butter contains vitamins A, E and K, folate, calcium, phosphorous and sodium which maintain the elasticity and prevent sagging. It also helps by providing enough nutrients to the tissues and ligaments for strengthening them. Grapeseed oil contains vitamin E oil which tightens the skin and firms up the breasts.

  • Combine 1 tablespoon grapeseed oil and 2 tablespoons of butter.
  • Stir well and apply it over the breasts.
  • Leave it on for 10 minutes and rinse it off with water.
  • Repeat 3 – 4 times a week.

12. Almond Oil and Milk Cream Mask

The most effective way of firming breasts is through moisturizing its tissues. Because of lack of moisture, breasts lose its elasticity this massage will help to solve the same. Almond oil contains vitamins A, D, & E, oleic acids, linoleic acids, which help to prevent cell damage, tightens the tissues and rejuvenate the skin. Milk cream helps in moisturizing and hydrating the skin.

  • Mix 5 tablespoons of milk cream (fresh) and 2 tablespoons of almond oil.
  • Apply it over the breasts and massage in circular motions in upward direction.
  • After massaging for 10 minutes, leave it on for 15 minutes.
  • Rinse off with water and pat dry.
  • Repeat the process 4 times a week.

13. Egg and Onion

  • Beat 1 egg until you get a creamy consistency.
  • Apply it over the breasts and leave it on for 30 minutes.
  • Chop and blend some onion juice.
  • Add a glass of water to onion juice.
  • Rinse off the egg application with this juice.
  • Repeat regularly.

14. Cleavers

Cleavers or Goosegrass is very well known for its astringent properties. It helps in tightening the sagging skin of the breasts. The tannins and flavonoids present in its leaves regain the elasticity of the breasts.

  • Take a handful of fresh cleaver leaves.
  • Make a poultice of it and apply over the breasts.
  • Rinse off with water after few minutes.
  • Repeat 2 times a day for one month to notice the results.

15. Witch Hazel

Witch hazel contains astringent, anti-inflammatory properties which prevent and reduce the sagging of the breasts.

  • Apply witch hazel over the breasts.
  • Massage the breasts for few minutes.
  • Let it dry completely.
  • Repeat 2 times a day.

16. Slippery Elm

Slippery Elm contains astringent properties which tone and firm up the breasts. It tightens the tissues of breasts and also reduces any inflammation.

  • Massage slippery elm based cream over the breasts.
  • Rub until the cream is completely absorbed by the skin.
  • Repeat regularly.

Other Remedies to Lift Up Sagged Breasts

1. Exercise

Exercising daily is the best and effective method for breast lifts. Push ups arm raising, dumbbell flyes, lifting weights are some of the exercises to perform daily for desired results. There are many yoga postures that help to tone and tighten the breasts. Bridge pose, cobra pose, warrior pose, viparitha karani, triangle pose, bow pose and shirshasana are some of the effective yoga poses.

2. Nutrition

Just like many cosmetic problems, nutrition can also help in lifting sagged breasts. Protein helps to hold and strengthen the tissues of the breasts.
